There's an enemy (a monkey) around the base of the building Inosuke's Mother is in that dropped Monkey Booze for me. This was quite unexpected—I don't think this enemy usually has a unique drop, and looking at the spoiler logs it seems like there are already three other Monkey Boozes elsewhere in the game.
