This is to prepare OSGeo projects to be ready to help with selecting a glossary for them. It would be something like:

Hi ,
We are setting up a glossary pilot project and are wondering if you'd like to help us create a glossary for you. We'd need you to help us by:

1. Identifying at least one volunteer who is prepared to act as a point of contact and maintainer of your glossary terms. (This should be a relatively light task, with the occasional addition to your glossary.)
2. Reviewing terms from the OSGeo Foundation glossary, and deciding whether they should be included in your glossary.
3. Identifying any extra terms you would like added.
4. Helping us work out how to incorporate the resulting glossary into your docs.

We can help by:

1. Our tech writers can help you with selecting and defining your terms, in line with the templates we are developing.
2. Providing howto instructions.
3. Mentoring through the process.
