I was trying to deploy the galaxy-gridengine solution in Azure Cyclecloud but Galaxy jobs are not executed. For example, I try to upload data to Galaxy from an URL (https://zenodo.org/records/60520/files/mother.bam?download=1) and the job is created but in waiting status and it never get executed.
However, GridEngine jobs sent using qsub command are correctly executed in both hpc and htc queues. Are some configuration changes needed?
