Arena Campaign: scores remain zero during live combat

Hi,

as per title, using latest release (v0.11.0), i just gave the Single player Arena mode a try and played for around 20minutes and it seems that both the player and the bot scores remained at zero no matter how many frags both of us managed to achieve and thus unable to proceed to the 2nd stage.

The zero scores are a deterministic match-lifecycle failure, not a score arithmetic bug.

Arena disables ready-up, but the clean-profile si_warmupReadyPercentage remains 0.51. The casual typed-rules adapter therefore imports disabled readiness with a 5100-basis-point threshold. Validation rejects field 4/reason 17, so WARMUP → COUNTDOWN is refused. The intro still unlocks combat, which is why kills and obituary banners appear, but ScoringSuppressed() correctly discards every frag while the server remains in WARMUP.

Draft PR #112 transactionally zeroes the threshold and also refreshes the casual rule import for every Arena card, preventing consecutive DM-backed cards from reusing the previous card's limits.

Windowed, no-input validation against stock assets now shows:

• card 1: 8-frag / 6-minute rules, finite 5:43 clock, forced self-kill recorded as score -1;
• disconnect restores an archived g_matchProfile=competitive;
• card 2 in the same still-loaded GameLib: its own 12-frag / 7-minute rules, finite 6:43 clock, score -1;
• zero competitive rules rejected diagnostics.

This overlaps #101 only in the Arena surface area. #101's disclosure-policy change does not alter countdown or scoring, and its separate execute-at-0xE crash still needs its own dump evidence, so the issues should remain distinct.
