BUG: Improve Visibility of Buttons and Chart Legends in Light Mode

Description

In light mode, some UI elements have low contrast, making them difficult to read. Disabled buttons such as "Clear All" and "Clear History" appear faded, and chart legends are also not clearly visible against the background. This affects usability and accessibility for users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Climate Shield application.
2. Ensure the application is in Light Mode.
3. Navigate to the Climate Risk Analysis page.
4. Observe the disabled buttons and chart legends.
5. Notice that the text and legends are difficult to read due to low contrast.

Expected Behavior

All UI elements, including buttons and chart legends, should remain clearly visible in light mode with sufficient contrast between text and background colors.
