Custom themed icons in app

The in app icons (e.g. pause button, numbers, etc.) can all work with custom theming too. Plus, the screen's GUI feels poorly put together

The pause/play button is animated, not sure, if custom theming icons provide this? What do you mean with "numbers work with custom theming"? Some font style?

Regarding the GUI, you are surely right, that an overhaul would be nice. But this is no easy task. Indeed, I was lately trying to come up with something better but it definitely is not easy especially when you don't want to restrict function.

Not sure if this leads to a lot of resonance, but I opened this discussion #74 . So feel free to share mockups or ideas there. Just a warning: This is nothing which can expected to be changed short term. And it is just for sharing ideas, so be careful to put not too much work into this, since I do not guarantee to take over the ideas.
