Title: Fix for Windows sleep/hibernate issues caused by BEACN & audio mixer software (SAMISH)

Hey everyone, I built a lightweight open-source tool called SAMISH to fix a frustrating issue where streaming audio software blocks Windows from sleeping properly, or fails to recover after your PC wakes up.

What it does:

• Restores normal Windows sleep behavior automatically.
• Stops background mixer apps shortly after screen idle and restarts them when you return.
• Includes a diagnostic engine to pinpoint exactly what app is holding a power wake-lock.
