The API is currently returning a disk space error:

Error: [Errno 28] No space left on device: '/app/.arxiv2md_cache/2310.06825__latest'

Looks like the cache directory /app/.arxiv2md_cache/ has filled up the disk. Might need a cache eviction policy or a disk cleanup.
