Option to diasble / enable features

I am new to Weberp, looking for options to switch off certain features like inventory, purchase orders, purpose is to use in Service based industry,

Under Setup-> Users Maintenance you can disable any modules you don't need. You can also hide individual scripts by using the Security Token system.
