Set up production deployment for the GHG Monitor application.

Options to Consider:

• Vercel + Railway (Quick MVP deployment)
• Docker + VPS (Full control)
• AWS/GCP/Azure (Cloud platforms)
• Heroku (Simple but limited)

Requirements:

• Environment variables configuration
• Domain setup (optional)
• SSL certificate
• Database backup strategy
• Monitoring and logging

Documentation:

• Update DEPLOYMENT.md with chosen approach
• Add environment variable templates
• Include monitoring setup
