prometheus新增自定义规则失败

What happened:
希望在tke安装的prometheus中新增自定义规则，
但是 编辑configmap prometheus-k8s-rulefiles-0后，发现新增的内容并未保存，
通过docker exec命令进入prometheus pod，并在/etc/prometheus/rules/目录新增 myrule.yaml后，
通过curl方式 调用 prometheus的 /reload发现不生效，
希望得到帮助
