App Info does not show info for some apps

Sometimes, App Info shows only the desk's hash and name, and no other information. This does not impact every app, but I don't see any pattern for which apps this happens for.

Refreshing the page does not fix it, but sometimes I'll check later and the issue will be gone or affect a different app, so it might happen to specific app updates.

Don't know how to reproduce.

Expected behavior
I expect to always see the relevant app info like version, date, website, license, etc.

Additional context:

• Ship type: planet
• Instance type: self-hosted
• OS/browser: Vivaldi (Chromium) across Linux and Android

Investigated a bit more. Similar to #243 there are scries to treaty/treaties.json and docket/charges.json, and while charges contains the info for the affected app, treaties is missing data for that app.

Sometimes, depending on the ship/app the browser will make another scry for treaties later and this will contain info, then the render updates appropriately.
