Improve unit tests

• Add seeds to random unit tests (if occasional failures occur)
• Add weight examples from Bierrenbach
• Add tests for the generation of df1 to df4 on test.randomClusterSampling.R (depends on issue Add function to cleanup NA data on select() #39)
