Add ability to use strata to Shiny app

Aidan added the ability to give `sdraw()` a strata column, and a stratified sample is drawn.  Currently, this functionality is only in the function. 

We need to modify the SDraw shiny app to all the user to input a strata columne and strata sample sizes.
