To conclude the lifecycle of a technology, a new ring DEPRECATED should be introduced. All technology that is either no longer supported or with a near EOS/EOL date announced or whose usage simply is widely considered as obsolete should be marked as DEPRECATED.
Technology in this ring is removed from the SAP Development Tech Radar. To make it transparent that the usage is not recommended, and might be even add significant risks to projects depending on it, a new page should list these technologies.
With this, the normal lifecycle of a technology is: ADOPT -> USE -> HOLD -> STOP -> DEPRECATED
This lifecycle can be shortened at any time, depending on the EOS/EOL announcement from SAP or on any other significant impact on the usage of the technology. The shortest lifecycle for a technology can be ADOPT -> DEPRECATED.
