version detection problem.

I've installed the latest Dprof(Devel::DProf 20110802.00) and CORBA::IDL 2.64 modules.
but cpan-outdated complains, there are
P/PE/PERRAD/CORBA-IDL-2.60.tar.gz
D/DM/DMR/DProf-19970614.tar.gz

this looks like the same issue as https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=72880

cpan-outdated is confusing Attributes from Corba-IDL with the core pragma attributes, etc.

There is another version detecting problem with App::outdated 0.20.

$ cpan-outdated --verbose
Tk::ColorEditor 4.009 4.012 S/SR/SREZIC/Tk-804.030.tar.gz

Tk/ColorEditor.pm file contains mutiple packages which have different versions.
