PLS Provide information about how to flash NEW module

Hello,

i couldn´t find any information about how to first time flash a fresh new WIO5 Module. Is it the same way as Update or is an ST-Link needed? If ST-link needed, there are some changes how to flash the file? Can you please make a PDF for that?

Hi,
yes you need ST-link, because WIO5 comes with default firmware and it is read and write protected. need to remove this protection and refresh firmware. On Loko-air I connected debug pins to USB-C connector pins. so with 24 pins USB extension board you can access to these debug pins. for St-link I recommend you to use original one, because some clone st-links detected by sim software , does not allow to use.
