Hi team Loko / Nolilab,
I am experiencing some issues setting up my newly bought Loko Air. There seems to be a connectivity issue.
When setting up in the loko config tool, the device does not seem to be connecting.
It connects (although says "connected, but Loko version was not received"), but is not able to properly write data to the device:
"Save failed: Timeout waiting for OK after: send every 0"
log:
< ERR Unknown command
< [0;97m[0637.035] 5V=1,VBAT=4100,Fix=1,LAT=0.000000,LON=0.000000,ALT=0.00,MPS=0.00,PDOP=0.00,HDOP=0.00,VDOP=0.00
I figured it could've been a firmware thing, but the same issue there, even though no other USB or BT devices are used (tested on multiple devices):
[9:48:06 PM] Ready. Connect your STM32 device.
[9:48:09 PM] Requesting serial port...
[9:48:12 PM] Opening port...
[9:48:12 PM] Port did not open; retrying once after release delay...
[9:48:13 PM] Connection failed: Serial port is busy or not released. Close STM32CubeProgrammer and other browser tabs using this port, then unplug/replug the device and try again.
I have tried writing my TTN data from both the downloadable Loko Configurator and the in-browser one.
I of course also tried multiple USB cables (which I'm sure are data USB cables), and flipping the USB-C side.
Please let me know what I can do, or if I'm missing something.
Thanks in advance!
