Loko Air LoRaWAN Setup issue

Hi team Loko / Nolilab,

I am experiencing some issues setting up my newly bought Loko Air. There seems to be a connectivity issue.

When setting up in the loko config tool, the device does not seem to be connecting.
It connects (although says "connected, but Loko version was not received"), but is not able to properly write data to the device:

"Save failed: Timeout waiting for OK after: send every 0"

I figured it could've been a firmware thing, but the same issue there, even though no other USB or BT devices are used (tested on multiple devices):

I have tried writing my TTN data from both the downloadable Loko Configurator and the in-browser one.
I of course also tried multiple USB cables (which I'm sure are data USB cables), and flipping the USB-C side.

Please let me know what I can do, or if I'm missing something.

For firmware update please use Loko CONFIG TOOL
for Loko Air firmware upgrade there is Firmware Update tab , automatically updates to latest firmware

I tried this in my original attempt as well, here also a failed connection:

I do not have any other USB devices connector, nor any other browser tabs open.

please use "Connect" button under "Firmware Update" tab only . I marked on image above

This worked but there is still no data / join request coming in from in the TTN console.

Could not find the specifications for the manual end device specification so this was my best guess:

Frequency plan
Europe 868.1 MHz
LoRaWAN version
LoRaWAN Specification 1.0.2
Regional Parameters version
RP001 Regional Parameters 1.0.2 revision B

I properly copied the App key, App EUI, and dev EUI. I also applied the CayenneLLP Payload formatter.

For testing purposes i put the Loko air configuration like this:

Still no data coming in, even though i live approximately 500m away from a >-100dBm gateway as well as 300m away from a <-120dBm gateway (city area). (Update: walked up to the >-100dBm gateway, still nothing)

Hi @tomipiriyev thanks for the LoRaWAN setup page. Only thing i hadn't done was generate an API Key.
I also redid the settings for the end-device exactly as shown in the setup page:

of course i also wrote these new devEUI, AppEUI, and AppKey to the LokoAir itself.

The newly generated API key I also checked via MQTT and it connects. I also added it to the app and it connects as well.
However there is still no data coming in. Nothing on the live data from the end device in my TTN console, nor in the Loko app. Again visiting the >-100dBm tower did nothing.

only thing showing in my TTN live data is:
17:56:52 Update end device "label_ids"
17:56:52 Create end device
No join request or anything.

Please share full screenshot from Loko Air parameters

need to check these :

• make sure Loko Air is charged
• Loko Air is outside under open sky .

You can test Loko Air with P2P configuration with Loko Ground to see if it sends data . if you receive data in P2P then might be you are far from gateway .
Please test with loko ground to make sure Loko is able to find GPS coordinate and transmits
