Enforce "TON Blockchain"

We should enforce "TON Blockchain" (notice "Blockchain" is capitalized) in the docs, not "the TON blockchain" or "TON blockchain".

Let's also clean up the current docs, except the whitepapers.

Hello, before we make this update for the entire documentation, I'd like to add some background context we possibly should take into account.

Copywriters and lawyers defined that we should capitalize TON Ecosystem and TON Blockchain - that one is true. Also, copyrighters highlighted this tricky part with "the", since this is a different grammatical usage, like "TON Connect" and "the TON Connect protocol".

1. The Masterchain is the master blockchain in TON Blockchain. (Capitalized TON Blockchain term)
2. You need to transfer your contracts from Ethereum to the TON blockchain. (separate "the ... blockchain" word with "TON" modifier)
