Textbox with multiple rows allows to input more symbols when define in textbox property 'maxlength'

Try to copy into textbox text with more than in 'maxlength' defined symbols trough popup menu by right click (!!!) and choosing Paste. Typing and using Ctrl+V combination works fine. Also all works fine with textbox with single row.
