Application does not remember window size when opening a markdown file

The Issue

Window opens too small when opening a markdown file instead of launching the app.

How to reproduce

1. Resize the Folio window to your liking
2. Launch Folio by using "Open With" on a markdown file
3. Observe that the window is small

What I expect

Window size should be persistent in both settings.

Expected behaviour at the moment, only the main window sizing is saved, the edit mode isn't.

Will look to adding this in a future release.
