Use 127.0.0.1 on all platforms excetp widnows. Maybe add a setting to hold the send to a specific IP address

By default QtAOG writes to 127.255.255.255, which doesn't work on Linux. Add a new setting that can be set send-to address. Also we could have C++ code only use 127.255.255.255 on windows, and 127.0.0.1 on everything else.

Been thinking about this a little...
QSysInfo class could tell the os.

I guess it depends what all it put out. If just "Windows", "Linux", "android", no issue. But I doubt it would group all linux distros under "Linux".

I would like to be able to set device to fullscreen automatically if os is android.

I guess the question is, do we code it to read the os, or create a setting where we set the os?

Got a branch with this up. Have bools in FormGPS "isAndroid", and "isWindows". All else assume linux. Can set more if we need.
