Restructure CLI Deploy commands

Restructure the CLI commands, deploy and upload into the following commands with the following arguments:

1. domains

• addRecord
• listRecords
• updateRecord
• deleteRecord
• updateNameservers

2. content

• upload
• download
• delete
• recache

3. stack: in stack the create and update args do the same thing. imports happen automatically when create/update are called.

• add
• read
• update
• delete
