Bower JSON path ignored when bowerrc is present

Hey guys,
It would seem that the aforementioned property in the task is ignored when a bowerrc file is present, even if it's not in the directory in the setting.
I'm not sure how much information you require about this, but I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have.

I think this issue is more related to bower itself than this plugin.
Do you have the same behavior on your local computer?
