Unavailable services in Scout pinned section

If a service is no longer available (inactive, archived, past schedule date etc) and a user has added it to their pinned services in Scout previously, the items remain in the pinned section.

• add a clear all button to the pinned view
• add a clear button for each individual
• add in an intermittent check to remove unavailable items from the pinned services listing - either grey them out or remove completely
