Make compatible with Trac 1.2

The plugin will need some changes to be compatible with Trac 1.2. The code needs to be modified to use the new database API.

Now it needs to be compatible with 1.4!

pkgsrc-wip has a package, but it seems the plugin is not maintained and we should just remove the package. Please comment here if I have read the situation incorrectly.

I agree that the plugin appears to be unmaintained.
