resource_schedule installation issue

When installing resource_schedule module (and only this one), I have this issue:

The operation cannot be completed: another model requires the record being deleted. If possible, archive it instead.
Model: Employee (hr.employee), Constraint: hr_employee_department_id_fkey

Is there something I can do for that ?

Can you tell me what context this is in? Simply installing the module should not trigger this error. Can you send me a copy of the full error, please? Thanks, Mike.
