On Windows can't use the wildcard selection for files

If I run:
`editorconfig-tools fix ./*.php`

I get:
```
fs.js:901                                           
  return binding.lstat(pathModule._makeLong(path));                                                    
Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat 'c:\.....'
```
