Request: estimated reading time in the word-count dialog box. #394
Description
SO of course I know that every blind person's speech speed is different. I propose:

- a reading speed (wpm) edit box, which you feed and then word count does the math for you and produces a nice time in hours, minutes etc.
- Secondarily, a test approach: put x hundred words in a dialog and get the user to press OK at the end, calculating their reading speed as the time between the opening/closing of the pop-up.
The latter is aspirational. Neither are 100% accurate, but I'd like to have a rough idea of how long a book will take me to get through.
