Trace doesn't work if project isn't on C:/ drive

When I try to run the tsc trace command, I get the following error:

The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

The problem appears to be that you can't cd to a path on a different drive:

c:\>cd 'p:\_godot'

Opened a focused PR for this here: #77

The change removes the inline shell (cd ...; command) wrapper and relies on spawn with cwd, which avoids the Windows cross-drive cd failure while keeping the trace command behavior intact. I also added small shell-command helper coverage and ran lint/typecheck/tests/build locally.
