Refactor SALSA Information (Knowledge) Component #23
Description
Refactor the SALSA Information Services (Knowledge Management) to provide it as a separate Web service with a set of rest APIs so that different tools can interface to it to store and receive configuration capabilities, dependency information, and artifact-meta information. Provide some simple clients or UI to browser the information in the knowledge.
This should be done together with MELA and rSYBL
