Better graph fixture data when new spotter is up

• Use commented out code at top of src/fixture/dataFixtures.js to write incoming raw data and the correct formatted version both out to a new document
• copy this data into src/fixture/dataFixtures.js into the correct spot and run tests
• debug as necessary and change code, tests and data as need to ensure everything is working correctly
• repeat steps above for all graph data
