Search results return posts with external links

Client expects search results that contain posts with external links will send the client out to the external URL when clicked from search results.

I think we should talk about an overall strategy for search. It needs customization. We might need to look at an external site search tool like Algolia.

Goals:

• Clicking a search result sends the user to an external link when the post type defines such behavior.
• Ability to exclude some post types entirely from search results.
