Enhance filters date range

The date range should be enhanced, and it should have the following options:

• All statements dates
• Custom dates. It should have the following options
  • Start date
  • Optional end date
    • Default end date should have no end limit

Initially, the options can be shown using radio buttons. Upon selecting the Custom dates, two dropdown menus can be shown.

The analytics framework should retrieve the start date from the LRS. The end date should be manually enabled if a checkbox with label "No end date" is unchecked.
