I created a checkpoint and downloaded the VMRS file on to a fresh Windows 11 install. I also have the latest SDK.

The VM is running on a Windows Server 2022.

It ought to work, can you open / read the VMRS file as your user? Maybe it's just a file permission issue? Try to run MemProcFS as admin.

If it's not working can you try to copy vmsavedstatedumpprovider.dll from the Windows Kit to the MemProcFS folder.

I am ran MemProcFS as admin and moved the dll over to the MemProcFS folder with the same result.

Sorry for the slowish response. I've been away over Easter. I'll look into this, server 2022 with Windows Kit 28000.
