[ISSUE] CaptivePortalLogin not listed in app list

Describe the bug
Using afwall+ 4.0.0 to 4.0.3 CaptivePortalLogin is not listed in the app list so that it can't be whitelisted. Wifi networks with a captive portal can't be logged in (connection refused) until the firewall is disabled.
This is not a problem in 3.6.1. There CaptivePortalLogin is visible and can be whitelisted, Wifi logins through a captive portal are working.

workaround for now is open 1.1.1.1 in browser (with mobile data disabled) to redirect to captive protal

Samsung S21 official ROM A15
in 4.0.1 Everything fine, in 4.0.3 Captive Portal is not being found as installed app and thus its connections are being rejected.
The firewall logs list it as deleted app !

I today tried it in shop with logs enabled, with firewall enabled it will load empty error page, then I have to disable Mobile data and go to 1.1.1.1 in browser to load captive portl page manually.

Before doing that log shows "Deleted app, Denied: 1 time", I can't see details because I don't have donate version.

So I confirm comment above.
