I want to give/take away access to a specific domain (including using domain maxims) and IP addresses FOR EACH APPLICATION separately.

It is necessary to prohibit the application from accessing specific domains and/or IP addresses. And on the contrary, allow access strictly to specific domains and/or IP addresses.
Good idea when i see connect the apps -> select an domain name/ip -> and allow or block it.
