Issue: This file is closer to being parts/suppliers/prices than a definitive BoM for assembling the PCBs. It is valuable, and so may be retained. However renaming it so it is no longer called 'BoM' would help avoid confusion.

There should be individual BoMs for each individual PCB, partly so that only the impacted BoM need change if the PCB changed. For consistency and accuracy the PCBs BoM should be generated by from the 'master' ECAD automatically.

The PCB's BoM need only have part name, part value, package and extra, specific technical attributes such as wavelength for LEDs and photosensors, power rating for resistors, sex for connectors, etc.
