Many things on there are time-bound but are not purple. For example Seats change, new seats are created, old seats are disappeared, MPs find they have been dispossessed of their constituents.

Pretty much everything is time bound in some way. People, memberships, constituencies, seats, houses, parliaments, democracies... Purple blobs were intended to roughly illustrate things that were added to the model primarily for time bound relationships. They're things we probably need to dive deeper into to check if they are real domain objects with additional properties or just time constrained relationships
