Installation Instructions

  1. Clone Git Project: run git clone https://github.com/unifr-digits/AMI-AI.git in your terminal
  2. Install Dependencies: do cd frontend/ inside the AMI-AI directory and then npm install to set up the necessary libraries and frameworks.
  3. Build the project with prod config: run ng build --configuration production
  4. Run the Application:
    • on web localhost: launch the application using ng serve and navigate to http://localhost:4200/ to access the platform locally.
    • as electron app: npm run electron for app.

Repository Structure

  • /frontend: Contains the Angular application implementing the user interface.
    • src/: Contains all Angular components, services, models, and routing information.
    • angular.json: Configuration files for Angular CLI.
  • /backend: Server-side application connected to a remote database.
    • database-server: Main server file that configures the application.
    • model/: Defines the database schema models.
    • control/: Business logic for handling API requests.
    • routes/: Defines API routes for client-server communication.
