Implement interface to UnitsDB data and UnitsML schema

This gem should hold the UnitsML class representation and also provide an interface to access UnitsDB data.

It should also incorporate the XSD generation functionality (using UnitsDB, i.e. unitsml/schemas#2).

In this gem, we have to fully model UnitsML with Ruby classes.

Need your help in cleaning them up to real Ruby classes...

We need these Ruby classes:

• Unit
• Dimension
• UnitSymbol
• UnitSystem
• Quantity
• Prefix
• UnitsDB (to model the data provided in https://github.com/unitsml/unitsdb)
• UnitSet (a set of Units) (not sure if we need it)

Inside UnitsDB, you will re-use the above classes.

Each of these classes can have a to_xml and to_yaml method, as well as a from_yaml method (so that you can import UnitsDB).

This gem should have a submodule to download UnitsDB data.

Need to support something like this:

Unitsml.find_unit(ascii: 'mL') => Unitsml::Unit::SomeUnitName

Unitsml::Unit:SomeUnitName.to_latex => "\something{m}{L}"

As @w00lf raised, perhaps we should just do a single class for a class of units (and quantity, etc):

Unitsml.find_unit(ascii: 'mL') => Unitsml::Unit (with unit attributes)
# or:
Unitsml::Unit.find_symbol(ascii: 'mL') => Unitsml::Unit (with unit attributes)

(Unitsml::Unit (with unit attributes)).to_latex => "\something{m}{L}"
