Add Wide-band support

Currently plugin supports narrow-band only. Add support for AMR-WB.

I think, that it is good idea. I have question. Should I understand that you can't add this and you search a programmer, or you can add this, but you want to know if people are interested in this feature.
Myślę, że byłoby to ciekawe. Pytanie tylko czy mam to rozumieć jako to, że Ty nie potrafisz tego zrobić i poszukujesz odpowiedniego programisty, czy jako, że potrafisz dodać opcję dekodowania tylko chcesz wiedzieć czy ludzie są chętni na tą funkcję?
