Support for nuki opener

Hey, do you think it's possible to integrate Nuki opener support?

I would like to run ESPHome on a nearby shelly device, so that i don't need to install an additional device next to the opener.

I am a software developer myself and would be willing to help in implementation but have close to zero experience regarding development with these things. But i can certainly test the features with less "end user experience" while developing the features.

Nuki BLE supports Nuki opener, but I am actually not using (or have) one.
The development should actually be quite simple, and I suggest that you'll have a look at Nuki BLE and see if this is something you can do for yourself. I'll try to help as much as possible.
