How to download refprop and reference it in labview

I downloaded the zip file but it says to add a copy of the REFPROP.dll version 10, 32 bits to the REFPROP folder. How do I do that? Where do I get the REFPROP.dll file?

The standalone REFPROP program, which includes the 32-bit DLL file, can be obtained here. These wrappers are just for calling REFPROP from another program (e.g., LabVIEW) or through an API.
