Feature Request: Keyboard Commands for Focus Navigation (Jump In/Out of Embeds)

The Problem

When using the Obsidian Vim Mode, there is a significant "focus trap" issue.

• Entering: The cursor skips over the sync code block in the Master note. There is no command to jump focus into the internal editor of the embed.
  

• Exiting: Once inside a Sync Embed, the focus is confined to that child leaf. Standard Vim movements or Esc cannot return focus to the Parent/Master note.
  

Solution
A shortcut that allows us to enter and exit the previous or next editor would help mitigate this issue.
