[PLUGINS] Clarify overlap across `amass`, `domain-finder`, and related recon discovery plugins

Summary

Domain and attack-surface discovery plugins overlap heavily in the catalog, especially around amass and domain-finder.

Scope

• Define the intended use case of each recon plugin in this family.
• Align naming/description choices with the actual tool behavior.
• Reduce duplicate catalog copy where the same story is repeated.

Acceptance criteria

• Recon discovery plugins have clearer differentiation.
• Metadata descriptions reflect that differentiation.
• Catalog entries are updated accordingly.
