Settings persiting

Currently getting this https://github.com/Inrixia/neptune-plugins/issues/9

Looks like settings don't persist on restart.

I'm using import { storage } from "@plugin"; based off what I've seen you do but there are no typings for it. Is this not a supported api?

This is a supported API and it uses the same storage backing mechanism that storing plugins does. Will test further, my apologies.

No problem. I'm working on porting to TS now and its not in typing's either so that's why I asked.
