Describe the Bug

With the latest RC build, when the short press power button is set to "sleep", the action no longer wakes the device, which always worked in the past.
Instead, it requires a long-press to wake, but if long-press power button is set to a quick menu/other action, waking it will also trigger that action.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set short-press to "Sleep", under Settings > Controls > Power button
2. Short-press to put device to sleep
3. Short-press again to wake device

Expected Behavior

Expect device to wake on short-press.
