Web-Form Integration

It would be great if there is the possibility to integrate custom webforms for pre-screening into the system.

Currently, I have to manually assess if participants are MRI compatible, resulting in a lot of time spent manually emailing people forms, waiting for their reply, and then manually cancelling participation if they fail pre-screening. If participants would be able to complete an integrated web form that would accept/reject, this would be hugely powerful.

A slightly more human-readable system in the filters would also be quite nice as "predicate birth year greater than 1985" is a very computer science way of asking for "Participant Age < 40". Language in particular, "Contains Some" and having to enter German, German and English, etc, rather than a checkbox "German" is not a transparent process.

Dear @HuwSwan, thank you for opening a discussion on this topic. Currently, we do not use GitHub discussions for feature requests. The process for new feature requests is still being defined. For feature requests, you can use email for now; your pool admin should have our team email address.

However, we already have a pre-screening workflow feature in our feature list for version 2. Features of version 2, however, still need funding. Please reach out by email for details about funding.

I've added an issue about filter readability for your input. One of the next releases will target UI and UX improvements.
