UI issue with overlapping tasks

Hi, thanks for the app

The app currently doesn't seem to support having 2 tasks at the same time. This leads to the following UI issues:

1. The task end time is repeated (See 5pm below)
   

2. In expanded view it tracks 5pm to 3pm as free time available in the day. It lets me click to create new task, but fails as the start time > end time.

I would love to contribute if possible. As I am going through the code and understanding it, could you point me to where this would be handled?
